WordCamp Indonesia, Finally!

After being delayed for 1,5 years, finally WordCamp Indonesia was held again on October 18-19, 2013, at Rasamala Ballroom, Gowongan Inn, Jogjakarta. Jogjakarta was chosen as the location for this WordCamp back in WordCamp Indonesia 2011. While the event was planned for three days, unfortunately due to various circumstances, it had to be cut down to two days.

There were 162 online registrations, 10 committee members/volunteers, several sponsor representatives, 17 speakers, and reporters from various medias. In total, about 250 people were present at this event. Looking at the attendee demographics, it seems that we have successfully brought together WordPress users, developers, fans, and newbies for a weekend of WordPress goodness!
